Although all of
my work is made from solid pieces of English hardwoods, postage is
available on all items.
For the smaller items (i.e. T-Light holders, Spice racks etc.) these are sent via Parcel Force while the larger items (i.e. Wine Racks, Mushrooms/Toadstools etc.) can be sent via courier.
With all of my items being of various sizes and weights please contact me regarding a postage quote of a particular item.
Payment
Payments can be made either by cheque or pay pal which is a business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the internet. Paypal is the safer, easier way to make an online payment and is quick and easy and more importantly 100% safe.
Delivery
All pieces are wrapped well before there journey with bubble wrapped prior to dispatch. Local Delivery is always an option as well as collection too, again please contact me for a quote/details.
Delivery Timescale
Purchases through my shopping cart will be posted within three days of payment.
Returns Policy
We can accept returns due to damage and all items returned qualify for a full refund (minus postage costs) or if possible a replacement piece (not always possible due to the uniqueness of my work and timbers).
