Mushrooms and Toadstools always prove to be a popular way of dressing outside landscapes and add a unusual appearance to decorate bland landscapes.
Again these are totally unique and no two are alike, made out of a variety of native hardwoods each one is individually carved using a variety of chainsaws thus sizes, grain coloration and most importantly shapes are kept as `Rustic` as possible. Once carved all `Shrooms` are sanded to a smooth grade complimenting the always present grain, then they are enhanced further using a number of coats of oil.
Sizes available range from 2ft up to 7ft in height, as well as double stems too!
Story Telling Chairs Very unusual indeed! Most examples have been for commissions for various organizations eg. Durham Hospital Nursery, Various local schools and private clients. What were tree trunks have days later been transformed into ideal garden reading chairs, again with the aid of chainsaws, following the same sanding and oiling process of the `shrooms` as shown above. Where photos show a darker timber these particular chairs have been pressure treated or tanalised as some people refer to it, giving them better outside protection against the elements.
